Isiolo Becomes Fourth County to Join Ardhisasa
On July 31, 2025, the Government of Kenya officially onboarded Isiolo County onto Ardhisasa, the country’s home-grown digital land administration platform. With Blocks 1–10 of Isiolo now live on the system, the county joins Murang’a, Nairobi and Mombasa on the platform.

Kenya Surpasses 1 million Square Footage of EDGE-Certified Green Buildings
In March, 2025, EDGE a global Green Building Certification body announced on its social media pages that Kenya marked an important milestone by reaching 1 million square metres in EDGE- certified buildings. The certification body estimates, Kenya’s EDGE buildings are preventing approximately 23,300 tons of CO₂ emissions annually.
